Privacy policy

The short version: what you type into the calculators (medication names, dates, amounts) stays in your browser and never reaches us. We don’t run ads, we don’t sell data, and analytics never receives anything you type.

1. What stays on your device

The calculators run entirely in your browser. To remember your last entries and your saved medication list, the site uses your browser’s local storage. That data is never uploaded. You can delete it with Remove in “My medications” or by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

Calendar reminders are created on your device. If you choose Google Calendar, the event details (including any medication name you typed) go to Google under your own account; if you download the .ics file, they go only into the calendar app you open it with.

2. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and tools are used, so we know what to fix and improve. It records things like the page you visited, the type of device and browser, your approximate region, and tool events such as “added a reminder to Google Calendar” or “sent the contact form.”

• It never receives anything you type: no medication names, dates or messages.
• Page addresses are sent without their query strings, except campaign tags.
• Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and we don’t use Google Analytics data for advertising.
• Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

Where we ask first. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or from Washington, Nevada or Connecticut, Google Analytics stays off until you allow it. Elsewhere it is on by default and you can turn it off at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out. To decide where to ask, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) reads your country and state from your connection when the page loads; we don’t store it.

We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or persistent identifiers and loads for all visitors.

3. Messages you send us

The contact form and the “Start a project” form send your name, email address and message to our inbox so we can reply. We use them only for that and don’t add you to any mailing list. Please don’t include personal health details.

4. Advertising

This site shows no third-party advertising. The “Digital Katalyst” panel and footer section promote the studio that builds and maintains this site; they use no ad networks or tracking beyond the analytics described above, and links to the studio’s site carry campaign tags so it can see the visit came from here.

5. Hosting and security

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect against abuse, under its own privacy policy.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or US state laws such as California’s), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of analytics. In practice the only personal data we hold is the messages you send us. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. 7. Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Changes
